Roy Family Reunion

The Pike Hole Resort was the gathering place for a family reunion on June 15, 1941.

Susan (Roy) Lydick had siblings from her mother’s first and second marriages. On that sunny day, they gathered together.

Theodore Roy Comes from Yakima; Mrs. Brouilette from Racine

The clan of Roy-Gamache gathered at the Pike Hole Resort at Turtle River Sunday, the Theo. Roys of Yakima and Mrs. Ed [Mary Ann] Brouilette of Racine ‘home’ for the first time in more than fifteen years. There were visiting with their sister Mrs. Horace Lydick [Susan Roy]. Those attending [sic] family reunion were:

• Joe Roy, Alfred Roy and son Omer and family of Red Lake Falls, and daughters;
• Mr. and Mrs. Joe Cardinal [Edith Roy] and Pearl Jane [Jeanne] of Grand Rapids;
• Mr. and Mrs. Dan Remmick [Dora Roy] & family of Bagley, Minn;
• Mr. and Mrs. Bert Roy and family of Grand Rapids, Minnesota;
• Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Roy and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Sam Noel (Lorena Roy) and Warren and Donald all of Yakima, Washington;
• Mrs. Edw. Brouilette [Mary Ann] and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Brouilette [Ann] of  Dacine [Racine], Wisconsin;
• Miss Elizabeth Gamache of Minneapolis, Minnesota;
• Mr. and Mrs. Adolphus Gamache (Bernadine Shanda) and family of Cloquet;
• Miss Lorraine Lydick, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Church [Irene Lydick], and Mr. and Mrs. Otto Norenberg [M. May Lydick] and Kenneth and Bobby of Cass Lake, Minnesota.
